Long Term Forest Management Strategies to Be Developed By County
Thanks to the Supervisors for responding to the great proposal by Hans Burkhardt to set up a forest advisory committee to map out long-term forest management strategies for the county. Members of the committee approved by the Board on July 11 are: Hans Burkhardt, Eric Swanson, Meca Wawona, Linda Bailey, Don Nelson, Walter Smith, Robert Schmidt, John Teie, Charles McFaden, Travis Huntley, Jack Sweeley, Jim Little, Richard Wilson, Bob Whittaker, Wayne Miller, Tom Schott, Robert Hayden, William Stancer.
