Caltrans and Humboldt Want To Spray Again from the Drift Dodger, Spring 1991, Volume 6, No. 3. Drift Dodger is a Publication of Californians for Alternatives to Toxics.

On June 13, 1991, Caltrans is scheduled to release a draft of a first-of-its-kind Environmental Impact Report about the agency's herbicide spraying on 15,000 miles of state highways and freeways. The public will have 60 days to read the draft report and respond to Caltrans with comments about what improvements need to be made in the final report.
