Where to phone with an air pollution complaint
There are two telephone numbers available for people in Mendocino County to call in order to register an air pollution complaint: 707-463-4354 for the Mendocino County Air Pollution Control District and 800-952-5588 for the California State Air Resources Board. If you call one of them, call the other one also. Request that each agency send you a verification of your complaint. Keep the two verifications together, as the differences between the two are often striking, and save them for future reference.
