Ask that all areas exhibiting marbled murrelet presence be designated critical habitat, and that where areas exhibiting presence are in close proximity, that inclusive areas be designated as critical habitat. Ask that buffers around designated habitat be managed to provide for recovery of the marbled murrelet.
