Restoring the Navarro River Watershed

by Mendocino Land Trust, Inc.

Three coast environmental groups will "break bread" at an annual potluck dinner, Wednesday evening, March 20 at 6:30 pm, St. Anthony's Hall, Mendocino.

Connie Best of the Anderson Valley Land Trust will discuss the current restoration study of the Navarro River sponsored by the Anderson Valley Land Trust, the state Coastal Conservancy and the Mendocino County Water Agency. This major project promises to be a model for future studies of other watersheds along the California coast.

The Mendocino Land Trust, the coast chapters of the Audubon Society and the Native Plant Society welcome anyone interested to come and participate. Bring a salad or main dish to share or come at 7:30 pm for the talk.

There will be a $3.00 charge to cover cost of wine, soft drinks, coffee and rental of the hall.
