Dear Friends,
The last ten years have been a challenging and rewarding time for the MEC. And we have all come to depend greatly on Betty and Gary. But now they are ready to cut the apron strings and return to their beloved mountain home in Colorado. Continuing the work of the MEC will be difficult without them; it will probably mean some changes in the way we do business.
We, the board, have begun the process of determining how to fill their giant shoes (short of finding replacements from whatever planet they came from!). Suggestions?
We've been categorizing a list of all the activities they do and brainstorming ways to accomplish them with more than two people!
We know this will be a difficult transition. And we are going to need your help.
