Magic Fish!

Rachelle Canevari, age 9:

Once upon a time in the deep blue sea there lived a Magic fish and her name was Shelly. She was as pretty as a rainbow. One day she went to an island. The name was Black and White Island and everything was black and white. The Magic fish said "This is so dull," so in a Poof! it was fair of color and Shelly lived happily ever after.

Circle of Life

by Julie Generic

"The Circle Of Life" is a wonderful coloring book about the life cycle of the Coho salmon. Each coloring page is designed to be taken out of the book, folded in half with the colored side in, and mailed off to political leaders and wildlife services. It's fun, it's educational, and it helps spread an important message! For a copy, write to Salmon Forever, P.O. Box 176, Garberville, CA. 95542 or call (707) 923-2931. Your $2 donation for the book enables Salmon Forever to continue its work to protect and restore the rivers and the Coho salmon.
