June 15 to 22 is Awareness Week
A variety of events will take place during Gay Pride Week in Mendocino County, June 15-22: a reception and film event, a youth broadcast, a two-hour broadcast featuring gay musicians, a political celebration with Carol Migden, a dance, an event showcasing community talent, a picnic, gay film offerings on local cable channel, newspaper articles, and a special training for teachers and health and human service workers, and proclamations from select cities and the county.
